    Planning and executing the loading or discharge of  project cargo which has in the past included drilling exploration rigs, discharging and loading heavy vehicles, including heavy lifts.
    Planning and executing lashing plan and calculating lashing requirements.  
  • Heavy Lifts
    Planning and coordinating heavy lifts including checking suitability and condition of lifting gear.
  • Supercargo
    Attending on behalf of cargo or vessels interests as Supercargo/Port Captain to assist with loading/discharge operations.

    Including total loss as a result of theft or damage.

  • Grounding Investigations
    Including assisting with re-floating operations.
  • Pre-loading Condition Surveys
    Including steel surveys, bulk ferrous and non-ferrous minerals, bulk grains and pulses, bulk sugar, bulk coal break bulk, frozen goods, fresh fruits (citrus (Oranges, Grapefruit, Lemons) and bananas), vehicles, commercial and heavy duty vehicles, plant machinery and equipment.
  • Pre and Post Discharge Condition Surveys
    Including vehicles, commercial and heavy duty vehicles, plant machinery and equipment, concrete, steel and gas pipes (with specialised coatings), anode blocks, bulk fertilizers and bulk and bagged cargos such as grains and pulses.
  • Stock Control and Management
    Including tally services, volumetric stock pile measurement and calculation (to determine bulk cargo quantity), monitoring input and outtake on a daily basis (Design, implementation, management and monitoring of stock control system for bulk ferro terminal with a  monthly turnover of 100.000 MT average.)
